For me this an archetypally Art Deco design and so stylish and impressive .... but apparently it wasn't built until 1949 so maybe 15 years after the AD peak - which, to me at least, is interesting - lovely building mind ! Catch it as...More

It's a big building right by the harbor and the main stretch of the town. The design of the building is fairly interesting and it's not to see the arts so far north and in such a small town.

Gorgeous Theatre located in downtown Reykjavik. Local A List actors performing in a wide array of Season Theatre offerings. Cheaper than a Broadway show. Authentic Theatre/Arts experience.
