Majority people come by taxi to the second or the top cable cat station. We walked from Zhabeshi to A for about 1 hour to reach the cable car with restaurant to rest for a while and enjoy the scenery. Then we carried on to Adishi just under the cable car not taking the signed road to Adishi (this is the shortest and eassiest trail) but we walked to the middle station at 2692 m from there you can have awesome panoramatic views of Mount Ushba or Tetnuldi. For even better view you can walk up for another 1,5 hour to the top station. From the middle station is about 1.5 hour to walk mainly dow to Adishi with amazing views of mountains and graslands in blossome.

Unfortunately, only lift to second station was working and we could not reach the top top. But still, there is so many options where you can go down free style or on trails. It is missing the details od Western skiresorts as the seats of lift were dirty, getting proper info is tricky, getting to top from Mestia is an adventure itself due to roads quality, only one partly working toilet in the bottom restaurant, no Wifi and mainly, possible lack of electricity. BUT the snow is great, the enjoyment of ride is awesome, the feeling of freedom to go wherever you wish, the views are stunning, the food in restaurant is tasty and it is very price friendly, the resort itself looks very good, no lines and we wish it a great future.

It will be one of the best ski resort in Georgia and I think in Eastern Europe too!!Still there are some works but after few months it will be fantastic for skiing! Not just for skiing, in a good weather you can see Caucasus mountains around and of course you will feel that you can touch Tetnuldi mountain!!

I have rented accessories to play but not yet dressed. I walked to buy lift pass ticket, the staff said the lift was closed. So I immediately walked to return rental all accessories but I had to pay for rental accessories. I think it is not fair that I could not play but had to pay for rental.

PS. Accessories are too old, not in good condition and quite dirty.

Snow, snow, snow up to 1/2 meter deep. No cleaning of the road, bad signposting. Also parking place was not cleared. The whole trip van 2 hours (15 km) was further complicated by stuck cars. The road asks not only 4x4 car and the snow chains but an experienced driver (we had all the three). Only 2 lifts were working and the available slopes were not were marked. The available slopes were not difficult but not easy to see. As the weather was not good it was a challenge. The only restaurant at the begin of the first lift was full, no place to sit. The trip to Mestia (great place) from Tbilisi (470 km, or 9 hours drive)) is long and treacherous. The place will need at least another 5 years to develop but access road must be kept reasonable clear and maintained (also from Zugdidi to Mestia). Adrenaline flows much more on the road there (and back) than on the slopes. There is still lot work to do to be competitive to premium ski resort of Gudauri (1,5 hour drive from Tbilisi) although Mestia is much better place for apres-ski.

Hard to find. As usual, do not expect to have any sign saying Tetnuldi. Probably locals want you to take a taxi. Road is 4wd, can't imagine that road in the winter and with ice, very dangerous. To go there drive to the other side of the river (like going to the museum) and follow signs to Ushguli. After get over the top of the mountain, close to Tetnuldi mountain, take left, DO NOT GO DOWN, or follow the trucks that are constructing the resort. Lovely area, but it will take 4-5 years to be a good ski resort. The main central building is not finished, maybe for this season. Only one lift going up right now and not open during fall. Wait until is a little more developed.

absolutely outstanding experience for people loving snow, sun and ski!!!, we've been here last week and only I can say - AMAZING!!! I mean everything!,
imagine you are in surrounded with great mountains covered with shiny snow, unreal blue sky over you and medieval small villages with authentic and unique architect down in the valley
weather and snow condition is best I've met at Georgian winter resorts and because skiing is great even for the beginners, food - very very good (both geargian and western cuisine), place is not crowded yet,
the only concern is about the access road, but this also will be solved for next season.
if you decide you still have time to make great skiing this season, as i was told by locals snow at ski tracks will last till May!!!

As we came in June the ski resort was closed. Our amazing Georgian guide Malkhaz Inashvili took us up Tetnuldi as far as we could go in his Jeep. The views are amazing and we enjoyed seeing the snow

We got a ride up to a great vantage point. Everything was empty making our viewing dramatic and personal. The junction point at the chairlift is covered by gravel making panoramic pictures difficult
