We added this beach to our itinerary in Gozo and it was nice, but as we were staying in Malta I wish we would have spent our time doing something else in Gozo because the beaches on Malta were nicer. This beach was quite rocky.

Visited on a windy day and too rough to swim, but nevertheless, why was there so much rubbish on the beach? If this is a major tourist attraction why isn't it looked after?

A nice sandy beach with a lot of space to put your towel. Nice for sunbathing and relaxing. Good accessibility with public transport

Not directly. All buses run through the city of Victoria (Rabat), so you would need to get a bus from Mgarr (Imgarr) to Victoria and then a bus from there to Ramla. It doesn't take long though, what with the Island being so... More
