Its in the basement of the house. Amazing caves. A must see and visit. So weird below their house. You enter into their house and ask to see it. Very small spiral stairs so go careful.

Having just been to the other grotto in the area we thought we would visit this one. 6 euros each and accompanied with a guide who was a waste of time. The only time he spoke was when we asked a question. Then his answer...More

If you’ve never seen stalactites and stalagmites, never been in a cave, are a speleologist or happen to be in the area, Xerri's Grotto is probably a good way to burn up 15 minutes. The owner is lovely and has put in an incredible amount...More

The grotto is quite interesting, so if you’re in the area go check it out. If you’re tight on time in Gozo though I wouldn’t make a special trip.

Well worth a visit if in Xaghra. Grotto discovered beneath a house in the village. Visit only takes around 15 mins. We were given a tour by a family member who was able to share basic information.

What can you say that hasn't already been said by everyone else. Absolutely brilliant time well worth the trip and would recommend everyone try and visit. The stairs are a little steep and narrow and the grotto is obviously underground but it doesn't feel too...More

Doubtless the weirdest cave I've ever entered, as you enter through an ordinary house in the middle of Xaghra village. The family that discovered the cave (while digging a well) still operates the business and we had the great great grandson for our guide. It's...More

Well worth a visit if you want to spend 20minutes in a lovely cool cave with loads of stalagtites. At only €2.50 a adult you can't beat it. Interesting host shows you round.
