The people of Malta suffered terrible bombings during WWII. They have created bomb shelters, basically an underground city. It is connected with some ancient catacombs.

Loved this even with 8yr and 10yr old. Beautiful day. Went early in the day to avoid crowds with was great. Beautiful village & area. Great information and boys never got bored

Hi, I believe they are signposted. However if you head towards the larger St Pauls catacombs, St Agathas is just a bit further down the road. Heading south on Triq Sant Agata you will walk past St pauls. 1 minute further... More

Hi St. Agatha's Crypt, Catacombs & Museum is in Malta, not London. :-)

It's open 9am to 5pm but last entry is at 4:30. I can't remember if they're open on Sunday or not though. Definitely worth a visit - I usually go more than once when I visit
