Very nice collection of items from different eras of Malta. Can spend between 1-2h especially if you listen to everything on the audio guide (which is free). Can be a nice stop in case you get caught by rain

Lots and lots of beautiful rooms absolutely crammed full of fascinating art and backed up with historical fact (supplied via audio devices that come with the entrance fee). The palace is easily negotiated and I found the number of people quite easy to get around....More

We had absolutely o idea of Malta’s proud history and it’s importance in world events over 7,000 years. We visited twice during our stay and would thoroughly recommend his visit to anyone new to the islands.
If you want to get a lot out of a visit to a open building with old furniture and paintings you need context!
