Action packed and highly entertaining 3 course family dinner show based on the Great Siege of Malta. 50 performers and 8 trained horses, staged at "The Arena" at Montekristo Estates. Not a historical re-enactment but a truly spectacular show where cannons boom and swords clash as knights in shining armour and sumptuous dressed oriental warriors confront each other. An unforgettable music score, beautifully choreographed classical and contemporary dance routines and equestrian displays.

Our trip for the dinner show was organised through the local Sun Spot tours agent, not to be confused with Mercury Direct UK tour operators. This was our second tour through this local agency and as they were 35 minutes late for the first tour...More

This spectacular really is. If you like big bangs and pageants this is for you. Colourful, noisy and informative. Warning - some of the bangs are really loud. They fire real cannons.

Through the medium of song and dance, 3 horses try to bring the history of Malta to life aided by about two dozen humans. It is an imaginative interpretation of Maltese history - I previously had no idea that Neolithic folk had a flair for...More

What can I say? An interesting way of spending an evening. The spectacle was on something of a small scale but, nevertheless, well done. A series of tableaux depicting transition from pre-history to the present time. It was a bit patchy with large gaps. Some...More

Waste of 96 Euro, I would have had more fun burning the money or throwing it into the sea. This is nothing like Medieval Times at the Excalibur in Las Vegas although that is what we were led to believe. You start out with a...More
