This National Cathedral is very nice. Seats are folding chairs and is quite large. It has old fashioned confessionals and even has a crypt. It is attached to the National Library or biblioteque. It has some interesting items inside.

Upon entering the building, the map of Luxemburg in former times took me by surprise in terms of the much larger size of the country. The crypt is a very interesting place with some unexpected corners and items. Clearly the most important church in the country.

It was a nice place to visit and as a part of the history of the city very pleasant. I found the crypt most interesting and the mosaic windows in the church nice to look at.

Very beautiful church that is quieter and more solemn for prayer and worship than the Notre Dame cathedral in Paris. The stained glass and architecture is absolutely beautiful.

Just like a lot of churches in Europe you can see the different architures through the centuries as this facility was increased in size. It is a peaceful and restful church to spend some reflection time before continuing your touring of Luxembourg.

Though I'm in no way religious, I have to say this building is amazing. A must see for anyone visiting this beautiful city.

It's a beautiful cathedral and I found it most interesting as it was part of the Promenade Walking tour (from the tourist information centre). The tour guide was informative and made it a really interesting place to visit even if you are not keen on visiting cathedrals :)

Not to be missed when in Luxembourg, the church is free to enter and a lovely stroll round, some nice stained windows, with a mix of styles. The chimes are very unusual and last a long time.
