Just take the time to walk around and enjoy the sight. There are a couple of tours recommended in the official Luxembourg page, so if you like walking and have the time, just follow them and discover the city in a pleasant way.

A nice walk. Good views all along the balcony (which is actually just the side of the cliff with a little barrier).

This place is called the moat beautiful balcony in Europe & indeed it is. It's a fair 10 minutes walk from the city centre & very close to the king's palace.one can explore the place walking.

Very nice walk in the centre of Luxembourg, overlooking the Grund, the part of the city down in the valley. Family friendly with enough space for a stroller.
