This is a lovely clean sandy beach with safe clear water, very suitable for families. It is a very pleasant place to walk along the sea shore.

You need water shoes for this one as it's rocky not sandy. Care should be taken getting in to the water as it is slippy at the edge. Swimming inside the lagoon wall is o.k. but not outside as it is dangerous with rip tides. Also there are some large deep holes in the lagoon floor so look out if... More

nice enough place just not what i want personally from a beach. all rock and no sand. was told about the place by friends and does seem to be quite popular. nice little restaurant there that served good food but would just rather go to other beaches.

We decided to bob here after visiting the ruins at the Tomb of Kings. Sadly the kids were tired and hungry and didn't see it's full potential that I did! We had lunch at St George's Hotel's cafe right by the beach and was served promptly. We all had burgers, chunky chips and salad, which were delicious and certainly filled... More

This was a little gem for our holiday. When the sea is rough this beach has protection with the breakwater so it is lovely and calm to swim, paddle etc. Each to park and a lovely cafe on the beach, visited 3 times during our holiday - our favourite beach,
