The views of the animals can be obscured

I'm always wary of Zoos because they can vary so much. However I was quite impressed by Paphos Zoo. The animals looked to be well cared for and the enclosures were all clean. The... read more

The zoo is a place that every one should visit. Its a place to relax and enjoy animals you don't daily see. Its at the outskirts of Paphos city and a variety of exotic animals are accommodated.

I'm always wary of Zoos because they can vary so much. However I was quite impressed by Paphos Zoo. The animals looked to be well cared for and the enclosures were all clean. The staff are knowledgeable and very keen to assist and answer any questions. My only negative comments are that the enclosures have mesh screening which makes it... More

If you have a free day its worth the trip, can get windy, and cover up if very sunny. Good surroundings, well laid out. Must see the parrot/owl show.

The children were a bit restless and needed an excursion. This zoo offered a bit of excitement and the shuttle service is excellent! We can recommend this for families of smaller children.

Got to stroke, play and have a photo with a baby tiger cub for an extra €20!! Not sure how long this opportunity will last as the cub gets bigger! For an extra €10 you can feed the giraffes. The baby elephant was amazing and so playful

Definitely worth a visit if you are in the vicinity. Has quite a wide variety of animals and birds including some that we had not seen before like the Siberian Tiger. The zoo is clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and the information boards provide a lot of insight. Some of the cages looked a bit on the... More

We arranged through the hotel to go . It was relatively cheap and well worth it. It was a former bird park hence why there is so many more birds than other animals.

A trip to Pafos Zoo was an enjoyable day out for us all. We found plenty of signs directing us to the zoo. With plenty of parking and a short queue to get in. A vast area with a remarkable variety of birds and animals, a fun Parrot show which ended with a chance of a lifetime close up encounter... More

A surprisingly well managed zoo for this small resort, it's well worth a visit for the attractive setting, the variety of birds and animals and the parrot and owl show. We spent 5 hours there and still had more to see. Lovely for the children to feed the birds, giraffes and tiger cub by hand (for a small extra fee).... More
