Just as we entered the church they started to sing. It was a fantastic experience. It did on the other hand limit how much we could move around, but the singing sounded fantastic!

A very simple looking church with a tower and a cone shaped roof, right off the Dom Square This nevertheless is a church dating from the 1200s with a beautiful interior of a mixture of Romanesque and Gothic styles. It has a magnificent high altar...More

This place is a jem. Quiet, peaceful, understated and not like the next door cathedral which is a bit of a bun fight. Thanked the time to visit and wander to the side chapels.

This is one more beautiful example of gothic style churches, it has an old history like most of Salzburg.

This looks very plain from the outside but is a real gem. Don't miss it. The art work is beautiful and the ceiling are unique. Liked the pipe organ.

This is a rather ugly church from the outside, but a really quite impressive interior is revealed once inside. It appears to be built in two sections, as the main seating area is fairly nondescript, whereas the altar area is really stunning. A must see...More

Very nice and simple church, nicely built but not ancient. It sit right in the Historic City of City Centre of Salzburg.
