Piste's oh so crowded, ski instructors with children stopped in middle of piste whilst they make a call, NOT so professional and placing their charges in danger!!! Lovely snow

The Arena area is nice and really huge. The one can change places every day and never repeat within 2 weeks.
I would recommend to book equipment on-line, it gives 20% discount and saves time in rush hours.

Had a weekend skiing and loved Mayhofen, very very good mountain with excellent transport, loads of places to eat and drink and outstanding Apres Ski available. Lift pass approx 50 euro a day and hire equipment was very keenly priced, cheaper than taking our own...More
This is a very nice ski town as the place is well organized. Not too big or small. Very easy to walk around. Taxis and public bus easily available.
Lots of shops, restaurants, bars, hotels, ski schools/shops, etc. They are all within waking distances.

Only ever been in winter Louise but I'm sure you'll find lots of things to do, be prepared that several bars still allow smoking. Lovely people though, I have a coupke of reviews on my profile if you get chance to read.
