Amount quoted by online booking was incorrect. Booked for group of teenagers in for games and pizza afterwards and online price differed from amount owed when we arrived. Employee confirmed that prices had not been changed online, but could not make changes to our total owing. Contacted company and they claimed that the extra amount was taxes. Claimed they were giving us a deal and rounded the amount down, as the amounts were not equal to taxes that would be owed. The receipt did not break down tax amounts or include any tax breakdown and amounts on itemized bill showed amounts as nontaxable. The responses from the company were very lofty and stated that any consumer should know that taxes would be added afterwards and that I should know that I would have to pay extra for pizza delivery and pizza tax. Online price per player was $31 and price on bill was $32.50 per player. Pizza price online was $28 and I was charged $32. Numbers just don't add up.

I would like to give an honest review of Planet Lazer in Langley.
We had my son's big double digit birthday here last Thursday and were incredibly disappointed.
We took a birthday package.
$27 a child with a min of 8.
The package states EVERYTHING is included, cutlery, plates, napkins, pizza and ice cream cake.
I booked and was contacted a week prior to make a "non refundable payment" of 50% of the cost... And was told day of the party i would pay remainder.
Upon walking in, i was told to disregard that amnt and pay again - only now in full. I explained what i was told by manager and was told "thats what we are told to say by head office". 100% now to get my room and i'll have to wait for the other 50% to release whenever.
Kids were arriving so i did.
Cold pizza arrived- sliced in 1 INCH and 5 inch portions( not kidding thumb width)
No plates. No napkins.
Was told eat with their hands and gave us paper towel after i pushed.
Ice Cream cake arrived 10 mins after pizza- bottom layer melted.
Staff told us she probably left it out too long- sorry.
I lost a scan card in the commotion (my mistake) Asked for replacement- no.
I asked if i could check the play area in between games- no.
I sent two emails to company and received nastiest response.
Would NEVER recommend PLANT LAZER LANGLEY.

I just had a terrible experience with planet laser Langley . Poor company policy and bad customer service . My 2 sons were invited to a birthday party . My youngest is three and he needs a sharperon. I asked if I would be able to go in with him . The front desk told me no , that only players can enter . So I paid for myself for two games so I can assist / shaperon my son and 9 other birthday party goers . In we went for game one into the dark maze and my vest and gun didn't work at all until the last five minutes. At end of game I assisted all our birthday party kids 7 years and under - To the exit . I said to the man in charge that my vest and gun didn't work the entire time .. he told me I needed to exit the game to get that fixed , I replied that I couldn't exit the game as I was assisting and chaperoning the kids And I would like to be refunded for that round. He said no , no refunds . He Tried to blame me for having on wrong number vest and gun ?!? It was clear my vest had not worked for the round - zero shots and zero hits- I asked to see a manager . He said he was . I again asked for a refund , he again blamed me for not exiting game mid play to get it fixed . Basically I was unable to exit mid game play because I was chaperoning 9 kids and assisting my 3 year old .. I shouldn't have to pay for faulty equipment, poor instructions, and game maintenance. The manager again refused any refund . I asked for his boss , he refused to give me his bosses name or any name , I asked for employee number .. he refused it all . I really feel ripped off , I should have been able to assist my son and chaperone free of charge without playing ... and when I have to pay and play !!! My equipment should work ! This staff member just kept repeating no refunds ... this company needs better policy's for people getting refunds ! Also for treating customers better and maybe even allowing a free shaperon with children under ten ! Like hello!!! I'm trying to make sure everyone plays safley ! And sorry but your skills are lacking . You can't even set the game up properly ! The staff ( only one guy working ) did a poor job at assisting the birthday party , dirty tables to start . Slow slow set up and poor instructions to game play . Very disappointed with planet laser in Langley . Kids enjoyed the laser tag but I would not recommend this company or this location .

If it were possible to give a NEGATIVE star rating, I would! Booked a private birthday party for a child and several special needs children well in advance. Then told less than three weeks before the party that the facility was not ready and we were cancelled. No apologies, just a rude and inconsiderate response to our email. Will NEVER set foot in the place again nor will anyone we know! Just to prove my point, watch what they respond with, if they do at all!

If you are on a trip and you want somewhere to stop and play some laser tag then you should stop here. If you are planning a party, go plan your party somewhere else. Their customer service is terrible. The manager is not very kind and you kinda feel like he doesn't care about you. My dad and my friends went here on New Year's Eve. It said they closed at 9 and we got there at 8. They decided that they were going to close an hour early. They told my dad if we wanted to play a game he had to pay for three games even though we would only play one. It was just us there so we played free for all. When we got it the game was fine except for my friends gun didn't really work but he didn't care too much he just messed around. Anyway, after the game was over we were all laughing because it was fun. I went up to the desk thing to get our scores and he didn't even acknowledge me. I asked "Can we get our scoresheets?" and I kinda motioned towards this thing he just printed out. He response was just so frank and rude it was weird. He said, "Those aren't your scoresheets that's for me." He printed out the scoresheets and we all said thank you. We were trying to be nice. He didn't even respond even though we paid triple the price for our one game. We left and that was it. So basically we have gone to this place before and the people there have always just been rude. The game itself is fun though.

The place was disgusting, every area was dirty, no soap in the bathroom, the beverage vending machine was empty and both games I played my laser gun wasn’t working properly. And half of the arcade games were not working.

Absolutely ruined my kids birthday party there was only 1 staff member there. I felt terrible for him. He was so overrun. They didn't have the pizza or the cake we had ordered. Just cheap knock offs. Tag was a mess. Just horrible from start to finish. No. Just don't go.

Have been here numerous time with my kids, and their friends for parties or just for a rainy day activity. Good quality equipment and a fun facility make it worth coming back with visitors to town.

I had so much fun here with my kids. the inside of the maze is very detailed and creative looking. very cool lazer guns and arena. staff were very kind.
