I would highly recommend you to visit this jazz bar . Amazing and welcome atmosphere with the great drinks. Who loves jazz will definitely will enjoy this place.

There is a charge for tickets if that is what you mean, yes. You can eat if you want to - your decision. The food is simple but good!

No, he/she will be bored and if he/she doesn't fall asleep will disturb the other clients. I know that I would be annoyed as a visiting tourist who made an effort to get there.
