The only known spiral tunnel in the world takes you from city centre to footpaths in the forests. Excellent view over the beautiful Drammen Valley, 180 degree view over the fjord. Restricted menu, but excellent food.

I love adventures and places that make me wonder why they look like they do. The Spiral is one of those. It is a tunnel winding up inside the hillside and very mysterious, ending up at the top of the hillside with a fantastic view.

Quite a long drive, but, it offered a very nice view of Drammen. The place is also conducive for hiking.

An amazing view and the best place to take hikes, and watch the wildlife. At winter time you can go skiing. This winter we actually met a moose and its calf, amazing!
