Well worth a visit to see where the 1994 Winter Olympics were held. You can get a photo of skiing, near the flame and a bob sled. Walk around to see magnificent views over Lillehammer too.

Not much to see here except the exterior of a couple of arenas and what look like apartments in which the athletes stayed. If I were you I would skip this place and just go up to the Olympic Ski Jump site

Norway is very proud of their successful Winter Olympics and we were lucky to have a guide who was actually there at the time and was able to tell us many stories of the event. Beautiful views over Lillehammer.

There is not much left of the Olympic village. We saw the ski jump and drove around the area. The apartments are now used for student housing. Other than that, not much to see.

Good exercise to climb the stairs all the way up the ski jump. Amazing view from the top. It's impressive to see where the athletes actually jump from- I wouldn't dare. We really enjoyed it!

Despite the cold temperature, well worth a visit I was lucky enough to watch the young aspiring Ski jump athletes compete for a chance to represent Norway in the International Games Fun to visit and be part of history in the making

Really enjoyed our visit. Fascinating and really well presented history of the summer and winter Olympics from ancient times to modern day. Numerous displays, interactive screens and stories really give you a feel for the social and political impact of this great sporting event
