Truly amazing, very well designed and maintained botanical garden just downhill from Tromso University. We visited in morning hours (cold day) while frost was still on the plants. The botanical garden is very well landscaped and informative. And even though many of the plants there were not in bloom/frozen at this time of the year, it was still worth going there. Don't miss the geology walk -- it's a lot of fun too!

This is a very nice and relaxing place to visit in Autumn. If you love plants and flowers you cannot miss it! Bring your snack, sit in a bench and enjoy the beautiful view :)

This is said to be the most northerly Botanical Garden . I spent a relaxing couple of hours here. Lots of interesting plants very well presented. A bit out of town- you will need a bus

I believe it is the northern most botanical garden in Europe if not the world. It was lovely with beautiful flowers and plants of all types nicely done and easily accessible walking through the different levels on nice walking trails.
