It is at the heart of Oslo and you cannot miss it since there aren't so many other similar buildings at Oslo it's worth taking a break here.

This is not a must see by any means. It is the Parliament building, nothing else... sometimes there are demonstrations outside which can be interesting

Admission is free to this massive building of Norway's House of Representatives. The surrounding area is very well kept, manicured greens. We listened to a young parlementarien being interviewed by reporters right outside the building.

in beautiful Oslo. Worth the walk around to see all of their buildings. This is very different to look at but one of their pride.

We didn't go inside, just sat in the pretty gardens outside, fascinating architecture, not far from the royal palace, near some nice bars & restaurants in Karl Johan's gate. Reminded me of London

It was definitely a gorgeous building. Right on the Karls gate, it had so much charm and beauty. Definitely take a stroll by and see it at night.

We found this free tour to be interesting, both in the history that was presented, and in looking at the various rooms and government artifacts. The guide was quite knowledgeable and able to answer the crowd's questions. I would definitely recommend this tour.

The Parliament building is located in the main tourist strip and it is something you will likely walk past. The building looks lovely and the surrounding areas had gardens and fountains.
