Nice premises and that's all. Don't buy drinks, don't go to the toilet, don't show joy, you risk being thrown out of the concert with allegations of excessive intoxication, by guards who have zero judgement. I and several others will NEVER set foot in this place again!!!

Has been a musician for many years. Was there with friends in the band to experience Bryan Adams. Poor guy who had to shout and scream to penetrate the music scene. Bad sound !! Here, the sound technicians probably have to make an assessment of themselves. Seems like they compensated by turning up the volume on the band at full blast. Our first concert with earplugs. , and we weren't the only ones. Going back on Rod Stewart in June. Hoping for a completely different sound experience then. This was disappointing!!

Morgan Wallen concert in August. Excellent show how the arena is VERY dated and offers few amenities. Seating is of the old school steep, many visitors hanging on to the rails now to fall backwards. The arena is painted essentially in all black. Poor lighting as well. Bar was set up in a long hallway with metal rails and security all over. 149kr for a beer. Bathrooms have been updated. Entry to the arena is chaotic. No real main entry point but lots of smaller side entires. You just don´t get that WOW experience at the spektrum.

Sound was good and you are very close to the artists when on the floor /standing room. Just watch for the drunk 20 year olds pushing their way around.

The arena needs serious investment to bring up to modern standards.

Was at André Rieu's concert yesterday 15.6.24. Had high expectations for the concert in terms of sound. What happened? It was such a lousy sound.. I don't understand how it can go wrong!!! Much better sound experience in my own living room. Never more spectrum.

we went there once for a concert as we lived in Sweden and that visit was our last as we experienced up close how dangerous that place is.
-The corridors between the seats are extremely narrow and without safety handles!
-If you are overweight or very tall you will find the seats to be very small!
-If you have in mind to dance, just forget it as there is no available space in front of each seat as i mentioned above!
-If you want to go to the bathroom amid the concert also is a problem for the same reason mentioned.
-During the concert we were able only to clap our hands a bit as we were like sardines and nothing more than that!
Only the audience infront of the scene is able to dance and have freedom of movements.
What a dissapointment!

Saw Halsey during the Manic tour and was pleasantly surprised that the sound quality was so good. Having seen loud rock concerts in the same arena, I can say the acoustics sometimes is unbearable, especially loud metal guitars. The venue is about to undergo a much needed upgrade in the years to come.

My first visit to Oslo and I went to see A-HA (the Norwegian band) at the Oslo Spektrum since I was unable to obtain tickets for them in Ireland, so I figured why not go to Norway, do something different.

The Oslo Spektrum is close to the Oslo Central station and is easy to find. The queue outside was around the corner but moved quickly once the doors were open.
Inside the venue it was nice and easy to find our seats. Staff were helpful and friendly, and the bar was easy to access and no big queues. The sound was very good, as was the show.

The seating is a bit cramped and if you have two big boned people sitting beside each other it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Overall good location, sound and easy access in/out. I would go to see another concert here again.

Attended a pop/rock consert in this venue/arena. The location couldn't be better, it's in the middle of Oslo centre. Very close to the train station and any means of transportation. There are some pubs/bars close by that usually offers same music as will be on the consert. Good for as preparation and after maths ;-)
The arena itself is not huge, but quite sizeable, maybe swallows 10.000 people.
The arena is good for having conserts, the sound (acoustic) is very good and you are able to see the stage and artists.

After the consert it was easy to exit the building without any hassle.

This was a great concert from one of my favorite musicians. The auditorium is quite large but not to a point of losing the contact with the artist.
