We used to go here all the time, good live music and atmosphere. Allways a laugh. But there's better places to go in that square. So mono needs a rethink.

No live music on while we were there. Expensive drinks. Standard pop music. Very busy on a Saturday night. Definitely a local place (in a good way).

Mono is a laid back, rocked up place that's great for grabbing a beer and sitting around with friends. The inside is so dark, so kind of depressing being there in the summer, but luckily they have a cosy outdoor area with warming lamps and...More

A great place to be a Friday/Saturday night. Nice indie-music in good atmosphere. There are small concerts here from time to time. Outdoor seating in a nice little backyard.

A good introduction to the Norwegian "indie"/wannabe indie culture. The music is good and you can smoke in the backyard.

One of the best places in Oslo - if you like rock music, and dont mind a bit of a crowd, especially on the weekends.
