This is a little gem of history and information that encourages the attendees to discover for themselves. When you pay, you're given a torch each and then sent through a small door. When we were informed it was a self guided tour i was happy...More

Small museum but very moving. Some great exhibits on show here. Some of the exhibits I recall from my childhood. Self guided tour and very interesting. Good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Interesting museum, busy on a wet morning but not rushed and brought back lots of childhood memories.

A small but fascinating museum. Great option for a rainy day. It's a couple of years since I went there, but can't imagine it will have changed much.

Smaller than expected, but worth a visit. It's dingy inside but you're given torches to read things which was a fun gimmick.

Visited on a very wet day and it was busy. Enjoyed the collection and attention to detail. The laminated info sheets were educational. Very nice welcome from Adrian the owner

An interesting little museum full of WWII memorabilia and acting as a reminder of what our parents went through as children.

We visited the museum after hearing about it from friends... We were not disappointed... It took a while to find cause it's a bit of the beaten track but it was well worth the effort... It's only small but is packed full of interesting stuff.....More

Great little museum. Very reasonably priced, so not too expensive for a family. Has a good selection of WW2 memorabilia and of WW2 "home" life exhibits to view. Easy to find just off the town centre.
