I've visited Llandudno five times a year or so for the last four decades. Never seen this open which is a pity as I'd love to see it work. Why not put a sign in happy valley or on the pier when it's open?

Walked up the hill to this attraction just behind North Parade sea front. Views are incredible. I walked up here even though I have an artificial hip and have suffered two severe heart attacks in recent years.
