Went to Llandudno to celebrate our 48th wedding anniversary and walking on the prom watching the Punch and Judy show took me back 68 years watching the same show when I was three and my sister was six . Goodness me I don't remember it being quite so violent but everyone watching it young and old obviously were enjoying it.... More

There aren't many Punch & Judy shows still about but this one keeps going, although its shows seem to be relatively limited but maybe because we visited in September. Fortunately for us, we only had about half an hour to wait on a nice day so it wasn't a problem. The stage (not sure what it's called) always looks very... More

A very popular show for children and adults too, every time I pass the area is always busy and the children just love it.

Archetypal end of the pier punch and judy show coincidentally not far from the pier albeit the wrong end of the pier. Still enthralling multitudes of kids though I'd be interested in what changes have been made to accommodate the views of the more political sensitive amongst us - still worth a watch .... even if you don't have kids... Simply the best punch and judy show I've seen. Great for all ages and so pleased this tradition is still going. Bound to bring smiles to everyone. Keep up the great work!

I only ever review hotels and restaurants, but I'm making an exception for this unique attraction. My kids have been watching this show for years - they know the script, but they still love it. As do all the kids (and the adults!) watching. It's good old-fashioned seaside fun. And Jason, the puppeteer, is just fabulous. A few years ago... More

Whenever I get the chance, I love to watch Professor Codman's Punch and Judy. Three reasons. 1. It is a traditional show which brings back memories for older people and excites the young. 2. Love the continuity of family tradition from the time this show began in 1860. 3. Delight in the ability of the current Professor to engage his... More

Excellent performance. Yes it's not PC but it's traditional Punch and Judy at it's best. School trip to look at seaside holidays of the past and I think the children wanted to go back to the past and live it all again. Thanks Jason it was excellent!

I know some of the Punch and Judy show is not all politically correct but if you see all the children shouting out, interacting with the show they just love it. The parents just need to explain to the children that it is only just a story and I really see no harm in the entertainment. I have been going... More
