Splashdown Waterpark is a great day out for family and friends. There’s something for everyone – from big kids to little ones – with some of the UK’s most exciting waterflumes. For the thrill-seekers, brave the Screamer with its sheer vertical drop. Plunge into darkness on the Black Thunder. And hold on to your pants as you shoot down the Spacebowl like a human pinball. Or if that sounds a bit like hard work, just go with the flow on the Mississippi Drifter. There’s the fabulous Little Buccaneers SplashZone with a starter flume, water play area and Buccaneer Bay, our toddler swimming pool. And, on a hot summer’s day, Buccaneer Beach is the perfect spot for a splash with the little ones. There’s even somewhere to play for little landlubbers. We’re open all year with indoor rides in the winter. In the spring, we take the slide outside where the Mississippi pours into the Grand Canyon. And, in May, bring on the awesome Screamer Tower – it’s fluming good fun! What are you waiting for?

The website suggests there are 3 under 5yrs zones. This is completely false advertising. The toddler sections are old, depressing and poorly looked after. They are located really far apart and so are a real hassle to get from one to the other with a...More

Changing rooms are packed. Not enough of them. Other people's hair all over floor. Yuc!Cafe - small, pokey and roasting hot. Outside area - small, dirty, no shade and full of smokers. First time and last time.

Been a few times now but still get frustrated that the changing rooms are so slippy and a lack of drainage in the cubicles. I love this place but I find the changing rooms dangerous.

Second time visiting with friends. Paid for 2 hours and found that more than enough time to get round everything. Needs a good clean and feel like it could do with just a pool to relax in. Very dated slides and probably won't go back...More

We paid for 2 hours for myself, my husband and our 2 year old son. Buccaneer Beach was great and Ricky's Reef was fantastic. Our son really enjoyed it in there and we were very impressed with the free use of goggles for him. Buccaneer...More

3 that I can think of - Colorado, Res River and Zambezi. There's also the indoor spa + pool with a fountain they can swim/play in. Also by the toddlers section you have water plays too. Great fun all around
