This is a lovely old 1930's Art Deco cinema, it is worth going to just for the lovely architectural features and smallness of scale alone. So much more friendly than the big faceless multiplex cinemas. Well worth a visit.

I’ve been living in Sutton Coldfield since September 2017 and have visited this cinema many times. Unfortunately it needs a massive refurbishment, they could do so much with it if they just invested some money into it, which would then increase business. Me and my...More

Our family watch films often at this cinema. The nachos and cheese are so delicious. The building is old, but the upkeep is good. Don't expect fancy cup holders or reclining seats. It is what it is, an original cinema. Prices are good, parking is...More

Lovely looking cinema but really needs money spent to bring up the standard. Many broken and uncomfortable seats and renowned for having sticky carpets. Toilets and staircases need modernising as well. With no other cinema in close vicinity this cinema could be a goldmine.

Often go here to watch the latest movies. It is a traditional old style cinema but the seats are comfy and the screen (differing sizes) do their job. I took my 7 year old there for a birthday treat along with 6 of his mates....More

This is very much a traditional cinema in art deco style but it does need a bit of work here and there. In particular the toilets look pretty tatty and look like they were last decorated in 1991 so don't go expecting a modern chain...More
