The newest subtropical swimming paradise in the English Center Parc collection therefore our expections were high. Having visited Whinfell and Sherwood numerous times and this being the only included activity in the price we were hoping it would not disappoint. If you love rides, slides...More

Had a great time in the swimming pool. Loads of fun for kids. Lots to do in there. If it wasn't for the restaurants I would go back.

Every half an hour, a tarzan sound effect makes everyone aware that there is waves about to start in the wave pool. Rapids are great. I recommend Typhoon as a great water ride.

We were disappointed that there was nowhere to swim but the rides were both exciting and exhilarating. Didn't bother with a cabana as they weren't very private and we could imagine spending more than an hour and half in there

We as a family found the pool area a lot smaller to,the other centre Parcs. It was very nice in there. I did like the lazy river.

It never felt crowded even though there were 100s of families there. Everything for all ages and very clean, warm and safe. Our 3½ and 7yr olds had a ball as did their parents and grandmother. Facilities were excellent as were all the staff.

Pool smal,l no adults swim area, also elderly / disabled people who just want to come with family cannot enter unless they go in their swim wear.

Very small pool area and water too cold. No jacuzzi and very limited comfy chairs to sit. Seem to be encouraged to use rides and then leave

Sub total paradise is just like you'd expect at Center Parcs but be warned if you have visited another centre it's a lot lot smaller. No where near the size of other UK center parcs pools. Now the food. It's alright fairly average, burgers, chips,...More

A lovely indoor pool area to sit and relax or play about in the water or down the slides. Also an excellent children's area.

Yes, but I think you might have to walk through the shower area to get in. One of our party was in a wheelchair and we wheeled him through the changing area so that he could come in and watch his granddaughter in the pool.

Only if you know someone who is staying there, they can book you a day pass at a cost.
