We took our three year old on the little railway in Scarborough, he was so excited as we were getting off at the bay near to Sealife Centre for a walk on the clifftop. When we got into the ticket office the lady behind the counter was so grumpy that any other day I would have walked straight out again!... More

We took our grandsons on the 7pm Halloween special. The staff wore fancy dress and gave out sweets to the children. On the out-going journey there were Halloween-themed displays. At Scalby Mills we stood on the platform and were told a spooky story involving vampires and the tunnel. Prizes were given for the best fancy dress costumes. On the return... More

Great for kids who loves trains. A nice 10 min journey takes you along coast to scalby mills and sealife centre. Grandaughter thought it was great. Good price for return tickets. A must todo if you like trains

SERVICE Originally aimed to go to one of the Halloween specials running in the evening however the online site doesn't allow for same day... More

Travelled on this lovely little railway during our Scarborough vacation 8-12 August 2016. Such a pleasant and very enjoyable way to travel and see the Scarborough coastline. Perfect in every way. 10/10.

A very nice and senic track along the coast. However, it is quite a lot of money for not very much track. The one in Cleethorpes is a lot better and it is actual steam engines instead of Diesel.

We all enjoyed the journey from Scalby next to the sea life centre to Peasolme Park. The view of the sea is beautiful, and lots of people walking along the bay waved to the children as we went past. The return ticket is good value for money, and a quicker way to get from the park to sea life centre... More
