The lake at Peasholm Park is currently being drained, but don't let this stop you going there for a walk. The adjoining cemetary is an interesting place too, with lots of different routes to take.

We go here often all year round. Beautifully kept park with boating lake, ducks to feed and squirrels that take peanuts from your hand. Interesting on-lead dog walks too.

Had a lovely walk with our 3 yr old grandson on New yrs day , he fed the ducks swans and geese, and was excited to see the squirrels eating the nuts he had given them. Pleasant surroundings and nicely maintained park.

I've done a quick google and would have to say no. There should be a daily organ recital at 3pm but not on Sundays. Next concert should be 21st August
