Visited here with two boys catching the mini train from over the road near Peasholm Park. Didn't actually expect much given I knew it was a smaller sea life centre compared to other ones we had visited but we went as it was a moody day and the kids needed entertaining. Upon arrival the kids were given a Dory map... More

We exchanged tesco vouchers for a visit to the centre so was very good value for money and we spent just over two hours there. The fish and other animals seem very happy and we'll cared for and the staff are very well informed and give interesting talks. A special mention goes to Erin who gave a particularly interesting talk... More

I've been to a couple of Sea Life Centres that have been horribly neglextd (Gt Yarmouth springs to mind) but Annabel rules, so we all trotted off to have some fishy fun. Be sure to book online - it's half the price! Well maintained, good exhibits and some unusual touches. Loved the seals and the penguins and wish we had... More

We booked online before we went, and also arrived before opening time to avoid queues. So we saved money on the admission prices which made it bearable. At full price we would not have gotten value for money. The sea life sanctuary does have some spectacular tanks. Their jellyfish exhibit is magical! There is a nice activity trail to do... More

What a great visit with our grandaughter. Be sure to book online to avoid big queues and for better value. Park on the road leading down to the centre.

Excellent day out with very enthusiastic staff who are both informative and helpful for all age ranges. For families just to be aware that there is not a brilliant choice for children and limited eating space in the cafe. A packed lunch would be the best idea. There is plenty to do such as feeding some of the fish and... More

I visited with my husband and two daughters aged 13 and 5. We enjoyed the visit, but I would say that it was overpriced, even though we had discount voucher. I would advise booking in advance online - we didn't do this because of the voucher, but it would have been cheaper. There was plenty of interest in the sanctuary... More

Lovely day out with my wife. Informative and interactive. The animals look very happy and they are taking care if them. We have massive respect for the staff for the work they are providing in such enclosures. Could be very busy and loud in summer but thats part of the fun right? Thank you
