Brilliant show ... first time I’ve been to this venue ... beautiful building . Very friendly and helpful staff... lots of stairs ... maybe a negative for older or disabled folks . The6 would probably have to check accessibility prior to booking a show.

This Opera House will not disappoint for pure splendor - white and gilt. Do look up at the ceiling painting! It has clearly been refurbished relatively recently. The building suffers from limitations of the original design: crowded stairs and limited toilets.

Sorry, no but if you have a blue badge you can park on the double yellow lines outside the theatre. It is about 20 metres to the disabled entrance
