Very easy walk as mainly flat on the one side. If you wanted a harder walk there is woods on the other side. Dam between the 2 reservoirs was amazing.

For an hour or two between rainstorms, we drove through Macclesfield Forest and enjoyed the spectacular vistas in the Goyt Valley, an exceptionally beautiful part of the world

Goyt Valley is a lovely reservoir called Erwood, there are all different walks around it, and it's great to dog walk round or collect blackberries, with easy access

I've been to a few valleys but this is up there with the best. The walks around it are so easy and lovely. Went here with the family and will be coming back soon.

Drove through the valley and had to stop to capture the moment! There are places to stop and admire the views. Make sure you take food and drink supplies, obviously no where to go in the valley!
