Had a wonderful couple of hours on the lampshade making course. Made to feel very at ease at my first attempt to make a lampshade. Excellent tuition (and patience). Never felt hurried. So pleased to end up with such a professional looking lampshade that I bought a kit to make another at home! Thoroughly recommend this course.

I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience of making recycled paper, with Wendy at The Little Craftery. The workshop itself is everything you’d hope it would be, a crafters heaven and the session is so well organised and professional but also really personal. There were endless supplies and choices and with only 2 of us attending, masses of personal attention and guidance. We came away with a handy guide to remind us of everything we’d learned and all we needed to continue our paper making at home. Can’t recommend highly enough… fabulous morning!

This was my third session at The Little Craftery, which speaks for itself. The silk paper workshop was a revelation; a fascinating and rewarding process. Competent, methodical and fun tuition as usual, plus a first rate playlist inn the background!

Such a great way to spend an afternoon. I am NOT a crafter but went along with a friend who was keen. I had a fabulous time. Wendy was a great, and patient!, teacher. There are only 4 in a session so you get real quality tuition. I really enjoyed making my macrame plant holder and came away feeling very pleased with myself. Highly recommended as an activity to do with your bestie!

Wendy has hit the nail on the head with a fantastic craft learning space. Excellent teaching and demonstrating. Walked away with a new craft to love and do at home.. I have lots of ideas of how to use the silk paper. Thank you Wendy, you’re amazing!

A very enjoyable four hours making mosaics on a Monday afternoon. Wendy explained everything very clearly. It was helpful to have templates provided to give a steer on the type of patterns which could be made. I am very much looking forward to going back to the Little Craftery for another course, hopefully soon!

We've been here before for a mosaic class, this time we did wet felt flowers. We are beginners at both. Wendy is a good patient teacher. If we were unsure at any stage she'd explain again or come & show us on our project. She's very encouraging too especially if you are a beginner. Wendy also does an example of whatever the class is making in front of us as a guide. Drinks on offer if you like. Good background music both times. You can see Wendy is passionate about her work. We were meant to make 2 flowers this time, but we only managed 1, Wendy was so apologetic, but we assured her it was us as beginners & not to worry. We went home with printed instructions in case we wanted to do more at home. Thoroughly enjoyed & are attending another class in May for beaded snowflakes (yes I'm aware it's not Xmas yet!!). Would recommend without a doubt.

I was bought as a birthday gift the Ring Making class at The Little Craftery. I had an amazing morning, with 3 lovely woman, learning how to make a silver ring. I have been lucky to have attended other classes and as always there was a warm welcome, excellent tuition by Jenny and I left with a beautiful crafted ring which I made and will wear proudly. A fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning - thank you

What an incredible little place! We had a wonderful couple of hours making soap… Wendy was helpful and knowledgeable! Excited to see and use our finished bars but need to wait whilst they cure and harden. 100% recommend if you enjoy crafts and want an expert to guide you! 😍🤩

Great workshop.Wendy was generous with her time and explained things clearly. Good space to work in, all materiels provided , lots of choice of materials to use. Perfect way to spend an afternoon. Love my sketch book. ❤️
