Nice small park and lake on the seafront. Small train for the kids, occasionally runs, not a long journey. Cafe and entrance need a good revamp and some time and money spent on it. Worth a walk around in your in the area.

Brooklands is lovely for a short walk and stop off at the park. But it could be soooo much better. The cafe, crazy golf and children's ball pit etc are far too 'bodged' and not properly done or maintained. The cafe serves lovely food etc but I can't wait for its makeover and really hope they do it properly and... More

We came here for a walk with the grandchildren and were very dissapointed. We couldnt believe the amount of dog mess around. I know it is very popular with dog owners but hey .... children do come here too!! The lake is lovely and the train is a real treat for the little ones.... unfortunately, unless the dog issue is... This was a fantastic place to visit as the children were allowed to play in the soft play area while waiting for Santa. My grandson loved the fact that he also met a life size Elsa, Olaf and Marshall. It was very organised and adults even got a tea or coffe which was included in the price.

Brookland's park has a lot going on. You have a young children's playground as well as older children's play area. You also have horses, trampolines and a train. During the holidays you have Easter, Christmas and Halloween themes which is great fun. You also have a restaurant and seating area. Great day out for all

Having lived 5 minutes walk from here for the past 6 years, today was the first day I have ever visited! If you have dogs, it is a great place to walk them, or if you want to just sit and watch the world go by, the lakeside is a pleasant enough spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine and... More

Went there for Halloween with a 4 year old on Saturday early evening. Ghost train was fun but the rest was a bit tired and dated. Needs some investment, but can they afford to as not a lot of customers around.

We visited with our 2 year old grandson on a sunny mid week morning in October and were surprised to find it nearly empty. You have to pay for car parking but the excellent playground was free and is suitable for disabled as well with a swing that you can put a wheelchair on. There were many ducks and some... More
