This super attraction, housing two screens, galleries and a café bar within the iconic Victorian architecture of The Chubb Buildings is a "must visit" . Have a drink in the bar, a snack - or more - in the cafe before the show or take your drink in with you. What could be better. All the latest films as well... More

I write as a first time visitor to this community arts and cinema complex to see the mind boggling nano sculpture of local boy Willard Wigan. This is a gem of a venue making excellent use of a redundant and historic industrial building located right in the city centre. I'm concerned that this excellent resource seems to be at risk... This great mixed use venue is in need of all the support it can get due to council cut back otherwise it will be lost. It also needs more ladies toilets, 2 downstairs & 1 upstairs isn’t enough when there’s a few hundred people in the room, half trying to go in a 10 min gap. The afternoon show was... More

I visited the Lighthouse for the first time in December to watch Its A Wonderful Life. I'm only disappointed I haven't visited before. The screening itself was a very festive occasion with mince pies, mulled wine and carol signing afterwards. The price was very reasonable and less than cineworld (nicer too!). You can take your own food, there is a... More

The first time I have visited and would certainly go again, friendly, yes you can have a glass of wine, easy access from station to save driving, all positives. The negatives though it was advertised as the live performance of The Nutcracker - lasting 135mins so arranged lift from station etc, the afternoon performance was not a 'live performance but... We have been here loads of time what a fantastic cinema it is, it's got such a friendly atmosphere and the staff are so nice. You can get an alcoholic in a proper glass or a coffee in a China mug and take it into the auditorium. It such a shame so few people use it - your missing a... More

This small twin cinema, exhibition space and café is superb. It also hosts lots of regular community events. Housed in the old Chubb locks building this is a real treasure. It needs public support as grants from the council are cut. Cinema shows all the new films, cheaper than multi screens and much more friendly.

People in Wolves are missing a trick not using the cinema more. It's nice that you can take a beer or proper coffee into the cinema for instance. Good choice of films. Some mainstream some independent. Chubb building is great also. We took the kids to see the latest Harry Potter. Worth noting it was £10 cheaper than the cinema... More

We visit this place once a month for a music night! Its always a delight! You have NCP car parks around the area, this is the only down fall except the lack of beer choice .
