Booked by phone an ultimate spa day including £10 voucher for use on products. Welcome ok but found nearly all the lockers with code faulty and required assistance from reception. First treatment booked as back massage followed by pedicure only to be told that it...More

Booked an 'indulgent' spa day, it was horrendous. The afternoon tea was in the run down steak pub,and was inedible. Facilities are not acceptable for a spa day. Service was awful. Hotel needs total renovation. I would strongly advise against this hotel.
