Pretty sure you can buy tickets and board at any of the stations. Worth knowing that the engine sheds are at Loughborough so lots to see there before you get on the train and depending on what time you arrive you can... More

Depends what train you catch. The diesels are very much open plan as are the dining cars. On some of the steam trains they do have rolling stock with individual compartments which seat 6 people. In terms of corridors ... on... More
