We have been here a few times when stopping in Great Yarmouth. It is very reasonably priced especially compared to the major chain cinemas and still a good selection of films and snacks also available. It is nice to support local and Independent businesses, I hope the cinema continues to do well

We went to see Beauty and the Beast last night. Sticky floors, squeaky, uncomfortable chairs, cold auditorium and the smell of staleness in the air that you never get used to. Sound dipped out a couple of times. Wouldn't dare use the toilets by the state of the place so waited til we got home. This place needs a major... More

I visit here fairly often with my partner, the popcorn here isn't the freshest to be honest but hey. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful. The cinema rooms are usually empty and it's usually just me and my partner but I like that anyway due to anxiety. I only put 3 stars because the seats are incredible uncomfortable... More

It has a sort of small town appeal to it but don't expect any red carpet experience (unless a slushy has been spilt there). The building oozes a back to an age charm when cinemas ruled the social offerings with its old fashioned foyer and ticket desk etc. It manages to lose that charm when you leave the foyer and... What an absolutely shocking place!!!! Me and 3 friends went to watch the new fifty shades that we had really been looking forward to. The place was dirty and freezing cold!!! I don't want to go to watch a film and sit there shivering in my WINTER COAT!!!! Hot water bottles needed. Even walkong to the screen was baltic. The... More

The Hollywood Cinema is by far my favourite movie theater. Here are 5 reasons why you will love it too: 1. Friendly and down-to-earth staff; 2. Very reasonably priced movies & kids boxes (drink, popcorn, & sweets in a convenient box to sit on their lap - no hassle - no mess); 3. Great nostalgic experience as you walk to... More

What is the point of this cinema now? For months there has not been a single family choice on in the week. If you can't provide the service then shut down, then yarmouth might get a cinema that actually serves its purpose!
