Great fun but very physical, some of us were bruised and battered lived to tell the tale. Get stuck in and you will get more out of it

Wasn't sure what to expect but that only added to the experience I think. Great instructors and a unique, challenging and fun experience with some great people I won't be forgetting! And we will be back!

The accommodation is not the best, there are also no showers, the toilet is outside, but the bar does its job, so it won't really matter where you sleep,
