My partner and I took our dog for a walk to the Bracklinn falls and the views were superb! Definitely worth the walk. It's 3/4 of a Mile walk from the car park and the path is made up of rock and gravel. Can be a bit slippy underfoot in places.

We walked up from Callander high street where we were staying, and the climb from the town is reasonably steep. However, the paths were all very even and easy under foot. The area around the falls is very picturesque and you can easily while away an hour or 2, paddling, or enjoying a picnic. We went in May half term... More

This is an easy walk from the Car park on a well maintained Track. Suitable for pushchairs. Well worth the effort no steep inclines except at the end if you want to get a closer look of the falls and access the bridge. It is best to return the same way if you are not used to walking and have... More

We walked to the falls and this was a gentle amble on a well trodden hard path which would be suitable for buggies . BUT if you want to walk the circular route I suggest that you are wll equipped with proper walking shoes , back packs, water etc as the walk beyond the bridge is quite steep

Had a lovely day here sitting by the falls. The water is clear although a little chilly. Lovely spot to paddle or swim in the deeper pools. We walked up to scouts pool and this could have been stunning if it weren't for the buckfast bottles, syringes and general rubbish left behind by others. Will definitely return but won't bother... The bracken falls is a beautiful sight to behold and worth the 1/2 mile walk to get there - taking in amazing views of the Scottish countryside - there is a 3.5 mile loop that can be done also - perfect for a 1/2 day out.

It was a beautiful day, and we went on the Bracklinn Falls and Scout Pool Circuit (5.3km). The start of the walk is at the carpark for Bracklinn Falls. After 10 to 15 mins into the walk we came to the Bracklinn Bridge with a distinctive A shaped top. This bridge was built in 2010 to replace the original cast-iron... More

Visited on Bank Holiday Monday and parked in the Craggs car park and walked the rest of the way. I think it is fair to say that uphill from Callander or Craggs is a fair cardiac workout to get to the Falls car park, so not for the faint hearted. After that things are more easy going, and the falls... More
