Been visiting this since I was a toddler. What a calming place this is. Wander around and be amazed at the skills of those who built this place. Quiet, restful and overwhelmingly peaceful. Running water which appears and then disappears through bridges and tunnels. Odd...More

Beautiful arches, all remaining architecture is wonderful set in lovely well kept grounds, with a great little museum which houses some very intricate pieces, staff were very helpful and informative.

Excellent history of the site given on arrival and the ruins were great. Lots of photo opportunities and interesting parts to walk around. The architecture is stunning and well worth a look.

Really interesting, a great old ruin! I especially enjoyed the museum bit inside which has interesting details from the abbey. Beware of the bees though in the part of the Abbey with the roof intact!
