I had the most amazing cream tea! Warm scones, delicious strawberry jam & of course, clotted cream. Hubbie had a slice of a coffee & walnut cake. Fantastic!

We came here specifically for the tea rooms. The "locally sourced" pasty was lacking in flavour and the filling very pappy. The scones though clearly fresh were very heavy. We didn't bother going in the mill. Expectations were high but sadly delivery was lacking. Shame.More

Shame - we agree it was a shame that you did not mention to us, during your visit, that you were unhappy with your pasties and scones. Our "locally sourced" pasties are prepared for us, using our wholemeal flour from the mill, by Turtons butcher...More

We walked from Ilfracombe to this amazing little tea room. We shared a savoury and sweet cream tea and it was lovely and set in a tranquil spot. Even the dogs were given a couple of treats each

Friendly people and an excellent tea. We were staying in the cottage next to the mill so we had the bonus of lovely aromas from the food being baked fresh every morning.

We walked here from Infracombe, took about 45 mins with 2 small and unenthusiastic children. The walk was actually lovely and we detoured through a community orchard. The tea room itself was lovely. Inside was small and cosy, with lovely arty things for sale. You...More
