I went to the Corn Mill for afternoon tea with my young daughter over Easter based on the online reviews that were all very good. I must say, I was pleased we did, the afternoon tea was nice, but the scones and cakes were fantastic! The cakes were all so fresh, home made and there were so many different types... More

We had a superb cream tea with scones and apple cake (not pie), I would really recommend all of these and more. My son didn't share any chocolate cake with us, I will keep my promise to rate it with 5 stars on his behalf. The tour of the mill was one more treat for us. To simply note 'great... More

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch at Hele Bay and after passing the pub, which was closed we saw the sign to the Corn Mill. This was a fortunate diversion as we very much enjoyed the visit. The bread roll, which was served with a bowl of hot organic soup, was baked on site from the flour which... More

Visited twice during our 1 week holiday. Delicious cream teas both times. With the added attraction of puzzles for all ages and a working water mill to visit.

Easily the best tea room I've been to. All the food was home cooked. We emailed ahead and dairy free cakes were on offer. We were entertained with games whilst we waited. The scones were superb. The mill fantastic... would happily go every day

Fantastic afternoon tea in a lovely setting. Owners were very child friendly and helped entertain our noisy 8 month old! Amazed the price was so reasonable as the food was first class!

Great place for a cream tea! I'd recommend getting there early for a wider selection of cakes, as when they're gone they're gone 😳 We were a party of seven ranging from 4 -40+ and we had a very pleasurable couple of hours, eating cake, drinking tea, counting mill stones and completing a puzzle or two! Just make sure you... More

Decided to visit here with our 4 year old based on Trip advisor recommendations and we were not disappointed. Delicious selection of cakes on offer and warm hosts who made us all feel very welcome. We opted for the cream tea which was one of the best we've had and very generous portion. Our 4 year old went for the... More

We went here on holiday because of the reviews on trip advisor . Prices were in line with what we had seen at other places offering cream teas, cakes etc but the portion sizes here were much more generous . The people were very friendly too and inside the tea room was very pretty . We were asked if we... More
