Great bustling monthly market. Last Sunday of every month. Good selection of local goods and produce. Nice selection of food for lunch from burgers to paella. Things start to sell out by about 1ish but that obviously varies depending on how busy it is. Lots of cards and nicknacks to browse.

Widely diverse stalls - especially welcome for me are the ones that sell gluten free cakes and scones. Stalls sell food, drink, jewellery odds & ends, vegetables etc. Well worth a visit - dog friendly and child friendly. Lots of things to taste before you buy!

I can recommend this market to anyone who likes a rummage and barter. Each time I have found good bargains and even if you don't buy there are great things to see. Nice pubs and eats all around. Good way to spend a Sunday.

This market is held on the last Sunday of each month. It's an artisan market mainly selling foodstuffs, but with the odd other stall thrown in. Worth going once but Bakewell market is bigger, better and more frequent.

I always look forward to the last Sunday of the month and drive 40 mins from Manchester to Treacle. In my opinion, it's the best artisan/vintage/farmers market in the North West. I arrive for 10 then I can browse and enjoy a leisurely breakfast in Plums Kitchen, Lord of the Pies or one of the many other great independent cafes.... More

Really good selection of seasonal produce and artefacts. Try the Russian piroshki stall! Amazing authentic food.

Excellent monthly market with street food available and many local shops open as well. Takes place on the last sunday of each month unless a change is advertised.
