Visited with my husband to pass an hour before checking in to our hotel. Parking was reasonably priced. The scenery was very beautiful and everything well kept. There was a nice looking cafe and ice cream stall though we didn’t visit. We did the 4km...More

Visited in April with our two dogs. It was very quiet with a few families and other dog walkers. The trails were all marked out incredibly well, all varying in length. None were that arduous but very pretty and well maintained. We let our dogs...More

Cardinham woods are great for both walking and biking with ample way-marked walks. I look for great places to run my dog and this is excellent. The paths are well maintained and there is even a shortish accessible route on fairly level ground suitable for...More

The MTB trail is fairly short (approx 10km) but well worth doing a few times! The trails are well marked and easy to follow. Not too technical. Well maintained.

Had a great catch up here with friends, walking the Callywith loop. Only thing I found a shame was the cost of parking. Had it been lower I would have stopped for longer and maybe a spot of lunch, not just a rushed coffee! Apart...More

Cardinham Woods if definitely the best purpose build mountain biking trail in Cornwall and probably Devon. It comprises of a 8 mile blue trail with a couple of optional red routes. I wouldn’t say it’s suited to beginners as it’s mainly single track but great...More
