Ham House is a grand building. I enjoyed more the gardens. It has a wonderful kitchen garden with all the veg and fruits. In the lovely cafe have a ham sandwich and a nice coffee!

Visited there during weekend, unexpected, not much visitors. Plenty of grassland, freely let kids walk around, even picnic on green. House was well maintained though it was built in 1610! You would have some ideas how rich lived in 400 years ago.
