Lovely enue, staff tried really hard tobe helpful and ac ommodationg on a hot busy day.
On the basis that one should only leave constructive criticism may I suggest the wine maker travel to other wine regions over seas to further his/her education.

One of the nicest wineries that we did a wine tasting in during a 2 day visit to Kelowna, we did 11 in total.
They charged $10 each including tax which is one of the cheapest that we visited. The views are fantastic, wines great and the staff were excellent. Some wineries have a staff member stay with you while you sample each wine but here, they leave you to enjoy and chat and then return with the next wine which I think is best. We really enjoyed here.

We came to do a wine tasting at 5:30. The website and the sign outside said the tasting room was open until 6pm. The worker in the shops refused to serve us, saying the her last tasting is supposed to be 5:15 and when we told her that her website said different she challenged us and asked us how many wineries we had been. She then said she was uncomfortable to serve us. We were in no way drunk or rude, purely trying to clarify what the website and sign said differently. Very disappointing as we have enjoyed purchasing many wines on our trip so far. Very poor customer service.

We noticed there were only a couple of vehicles in the parking lot but decided to try it anyway. It turned out that we were the only ones there. On a positive note, the Chardonnay was very good and the gift area had some nice merchandise. The person doing the tasting did not seem that interested in serving us so we just had a glass of wine rather than the tasting. We ordered our wine and there was nowhere to sit either inside or outside. The outside patio was all torn up with an uprooted tree on it and roped off and closed for seating. We were told we could set up a table and chairs ourselves (which were all stacked and hadn't been used or cleaned since I don't know when) on the other patio deck. That patio desk was also a mess ! At the very least, they could have offered to help with the chairs/table. Although I realize it may be a bit 'off' season they do advertise themselves as Open All Year ! Skip this one, there are many better ones.

One of the best views in Kelowna. This hidden gem is so unexpected! This is the only 100 percent indigenous owned Winery in Canada and the wines are beautiful.

It was okay. There was maybe a handful of people and we waited at the counter until someone came from the back to help. The man who conducted the tasting for us was kinda rude and made a couple poor comments on French people and younger generations who have different tastes which should not be comments you make to visitors/comments. The wines were alright.

We had a wonderful time tasting the wines and spirits at Indigenous World. The staff is super knowledgeable and had a lot to tell us about the company and the wide variety of products. They have nice wines and Canadian whiskey with awesome bottle designs and definitely some options to please anyone. We enjoyed a glass on the patio overlooking Okanaga Lake and Kelowna and had an amazing time. Totally worth visiting!!!

We had the pleaure of visiting Sept 2017 leaving with a case 12 bottles of wine. we still have 1 bottle of chardonnay which is being saved for an extreme occasion. What would the cost per bottle of the white or the menu so we can have it sent to us in Edmonton?
