Visited Albula Pass. Old trade route. Still snowed over in September. Tried a trek to Lake Palpuogna at Preda. Tough. Gave up after a while. Walked back to Albula Hospiz, around for nearly 150 years. Good food and warmth.

Make sure you get a right wagon where you can see the full panorama. The road is simply magnificent and stunning. You might move to the restaurant wagon and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee or nice meal.
