Great for seeing North Wales, central to all resorts in North Wales. Cycle along the promenade to Llandudno or to Colwyn Bay

Even on a cold Decembers day. The promenade is kept spotlessly clean as is the beach. Marvellous views in the distance as well of the North Wales coast & all round a nice place to visit.

The beach is very clean and has everything you need near by, when the tide is out, it's perfect for skimming stones. The kids loved it, and the fun we had was brilliant. Sometimes it's the simple things that children love most and the picturesque scenery on top of throwing and skimming stones is a welcome release from iPads..!!!!!

What a lovely walk on the promenade to admire the clean beach. The views are simply stunning particularly on a sunny clear warm day. Free parking and small cabins selling drinks and snacks. Love the new railings very smart.

Just returned from having a beautiful day in Rhos on Sea. Never been there before and amazed what a delightfully authentic seaside place it is. Quite unspoiled and traditional. Well worth another visit. Visited Fortes cafe where the food and the service were excellent. Amazing staff, very courteous and attentive, nothing too much trouble.

We started our walk in Colwyn Bay and were very disappointed with the town and the sea front. There are major works going on along the Promenade which was disappointing as we had chosen to do the Promenade Walk to Rhos-on-Sea. There were no signs saying that the access was closed. We made our way back to the main road... More
