This memorial is amazing in that on Veterans Day the sun shines through the pillars and illuminates the great Seal of the US which is on the ground in front of the smallest pillar. I visited here as part of the Tour of Honor Motorcycle...More

This is a fantastic attraction. Had to believe that on Nov 11th at 11:11 am that the sun is aimed thru this memorial to light up the seal of the United States of America.

If you are in Anthem, take a few minutes and visit the design genius of this memorial. The signs explain how the sun will hit just right to light up the medallion, etc. it’s very nice.

We were struck by the "understated elegance" of this memorial, designed so that on November 11 (when it was dedicated), the sun will exactly shine down onto the mosaic circle on the pavement. Many of the brick pavers are inscribed with names. So well done!

This amazing memorial was built to honor all those who keep us safe. The Anthem community has created this beautiful marble and steel memorial which promotes every branch of the military with its 5 pillars and each year at 11:11 on the 11th of November,...More

How cool is this? Not only is it a Veterans Memorial but it is also very cool to see. Be there at 11:11AM and see the sunlight travel through the memorial. Very neat to see this memorial.

The memorial is an amazing thing to see. Much respect for those who served and are serving - and their families who love and support them!
